We offer 7 day trials on all of our used saddles for UK mainland customers which begin from the point at which you receive the saddle.

Any saddle(s) going on trial must be paid for in full prior to the saddle being shipped or collected.

Deliveries can be made within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland as well as internationally. All deliveries for used saddles are dispatched on the next Monday or Friday from the time of placing your order. For deliveries within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, our deliveries are on a 24 hour service while being fully tracked and insured. (For example, if an order is placed on a Saturday, the saddle would be dispatched on Monday to arrive for Tuesday by 1pm unless otherwise requested) This is only applicable to our used and demo saddles.

Brand new saddle orders: Since the majority of new saddles are made to order, lead times can vary greatly. We advise that all customers interested in new saddles should contact us directly prior to placing an order for the latest lead times.

For international deliveries, you must contact us with your full address before ordering a saddle. We will then provide you with a price quote as well as any other charges to deliver.

Unless a product is damaged or faulty, fees detailed in the trials policy will apply when returning a saddle.

Please note that returns cannot be made on a used saddle once the 14 day trial period has expired.
