Trials and Returns

SADDLE TRIALS:

We offer 7 day trials on all of our used saddles for UK mainland customers which begin from the point at which you receive the saddle.

Any saddle(s) going on trial must be paid for in full prior to the saddle being shipped / collected.

If a saddle is unsuitable and you would like to return the saddle, you must contact us by day 7 of the trial and the saddle should be returned by day 8 of the trial beginning. For each subsequent day after day 7 up to a maximum of day 14 of the trial starting will incur a £5 fee which will be deducted from your refund amount. After 14 days, the saddle(s) cannot be returned.

If the saddle would need shipping back to us we will organise the courier to collect the saddle from you and a £24.99 postage fee will be incurred and deducted from your refund price.

A trial fee of £9.99 is incurred for each saddle that is returned as part of admin. packaging and presentation costs as a result of the saddles going on trial. You are responsible for the saddle’s condition while it is on trial. Any damage made during the trial will result in a reduction of the refund amount and in cases of damage beyond repair, a refund will not be made.

Please note that we are unable to allow brand new saddles to be sent out on trial. If you are interested in trying some ex-demo saddles, please contact us and we an arrange a consultation where you can try them before choosing you next new saddle.

NEW ACCESSORIES:

You may return any new accessories for a full refund for the price of the accessory itself. Postal fees are non-refundable unless a product is faulty or not as described. We will only accept returns for new accessories if:

  • We are informed about your request to return the items within 14 days of you receiving them
  • The items have not been used and are still in new condition
  • For faulty items: We are informed that the items are faulty and you wish to return within 30 days of you receiving them

If you wish to return an item and it does not fall under this criteria, we may still accept returns on the items. It may be a partial or full refund but this would be carried out at our own discretion.  We recommend that you contact us if you are unsure about whether your item would be eligible to be returned.

CUSTOM MATTES ORDERS: 

Unless a product has been received as faulty or there is a defect, returns are only accepted at our own discretion.
