Deliveries can be made within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland as well as internationally.

All used saddles are dispatched on the next day as long as the order is received before 3:30pm. (Ordering after this time will add one day to the dispatch time) For deliveries within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland, our deliveries are on a 24 hour service while being fully tracked and insured. This is only applicable to our used and demo saddles.

New accessories: Orders placed on items that are in stock will be dispatched next day on 24hr service whilst being fully tracked and insured.

Orders placed on items that are out of stock/backorders will often have a lead time of a maximum of 6 weeks. For up to date lead times for any items, please contact us using: info@bengriffithssaddles.co.uk and we will aim to get you the latest lead times.

Custom Mattes accessories: All custom orders are delivered within 5-6 weeks of your placing your order.

Brand new saddle orders: Since the majority of new saddles are made to order, lead times can vary greatly. We advise that all customers interested in new saddles should contact us directly prior to placing an order for the latest lead times.

For international deliveries, you must contact us with your full address before ordering a saddle. We will then provide you with a price quote as well as any other charges to deliver.
