FAQs

Q: How does trialling a saddle work?

Trials with us are simple, in a nutshell, you pay for whatever saddle you are interested in and take it for 7 days to check for fit and suitability. If the saddle is the right one for you, then there is no need to do anything and you may keep it. If not, you may return the saddle to us for a full refund minus fees. Full details on our trials can be found on our Trial policy.

Q: Can you post a saddle on trial?

Yes! Saddles can be posted on trial to anywhere on the UK mainland and Northern Ireland where your 7 day trial will begin from the point the saddle arrives with you. Alternatively, saddles can always be collected from us directly at our showroom. Please note that we are currently unable to provide a trial service for international clients.

Q: Do you buy saddles?

Yes we do! There are two ways in which we will buy saddles: Firstly you can simply get in touch using our Sell your Saddle page where outright offers and part exchanges can be made. Alternatively, you can also have your saddle sold on your behalf instead of us buying your saddle from you directly. Full details on this can also be found on our Sell you Saddle page.

Q: How far do you travel for fittings?

For a used saddle fitting service, the maximum travel time is 1.5 hours.

For a new saddle fitting service, the maximum travel time is 4 hours.

Exceptions can be made depending on what services/saddles you are looking for. If you are unsure then please get in touch and we can discuss what we can do for you!
