I recently sold a saddle to Ben and I can’t fault the service from start to finish. He offered me a really good price, I boxed the saddle up and it was collected the next day with payment received the following day. Really good communication from him and his lovely team, a really quick and straightforward process. I’d definitely recommend and use again. Thanks Ben!

I can’t recommend Ben Griffiths Saddles enough! Ben was so patient helping me find the right fit for my awkward low-withered, high-rumped horse (and my long legs!). We used his arena for proper ridden fitting, and he had a huge range of new and used saddles to try on site. Once the perfect saddle had been found, Ben then reflocked and changed the gullet bar to suit my horse perfectly. Super knowledgeable and genuinely cares about getting the right fit!

Fantastic service from Ben, after struggling for months to find a saddle for my daughters round pony, within budget. Ben had a selection of saddles, took time to see my daughter ride in a number of saddles. I didn't feel rushed or under any obligation to buy. The buying process was quick and straightforward. Would highly recommend Ben!

Ben was very professional and very knowledgeable fitting our Welsh cob , and finding us the perfect saddle and really taking his time to make sure the fit was perfect , and right for our horse , he didn’t rush us and had lots of patience and time and gave us a couple of options and chances to try different saddles which was brilliant .
We’re looking forward to having Ben back to fit our others horse soon.

Highly recommend Ben to sell your saddle - he sold my Amerigo Farouche Jump Saddle and made the process so smooth and streamlined. He achieved the best price and was brilliant with keeping me up to date. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Ben again 6 stars/ 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service, wouldn’t go anywhere else from now on.

My old saddle was an odd shape for my young horse so ended up looking at a new saddle which Ben tweaked onsite to give the perfect fit.

Nothing was too much trouble and Ben spent ample time with me and my horse to make sure everything was to suit.

Very happy to recommend Ben Griffith saddles. Very helpful, informative and patient with my questions. Saddle arrived within 24 hours and was absolutely immaculate. Unfortunately - our boy had put on so much weight, the saddle fitter recommended a standard wither so had to send the high wither version back to Ben.
Really easy to repack in the box it arrived in.
No issue whatsoever getting refund within 24 hours of them receiving saddle back.
Very impressive service, beautiful stock and would happily use again.

I’ve just received my saddle from Ben and Julia, it is immaculate, considering it’s second hand. Fabulous service, incredibly friendly and reassuring as I bought online and had to have saddle posted. Purchased midday on wed, arrived mid morning thurs! Very well packaged. Would highly recommend Ben and Julia.

Could not recommend enough. We went last night to view some saddles. They were so kind to our little boy and were really helpful. We are fairly new to the horse world, Ben & Julia couldn’t help us enough and finding the right saddle was much more important to them than a sale which is hard to find these days. 🐴 Thank you for a great experience ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Bought a saddle off Ben last week and spoke to Julia who was so friendly and helpful. I explained I needed it by Saturday morning as I wanted to sit in it and then go xc schooling the next day. The saddle arrived promptly and in good condition, by 1pm on Saturday. I had 7 days to trial it and on day 5 accepted that although the shape fitted and suited us both, it was a touch narrow and needed to be returned. I contact Julia to let her know and sent the saddle back. It arrived at about 11am and by 1.30 I had my refund in my account with no ridiculous fees deducted which quickly rack up when you trial saddles from other companies, along with waiting days, (sometimes weeks!) for the refund. 10/10 and if they end up with what I need in stock, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again!

I have recently bought a saddle off Ben and used the 7 day trial to ensure it fitted my horse. The process was super easy and as I was local I was able to pick it up. The trial allowed me to get it fitted to my horse and checked by my saddler and it’s perfect!! The saddle itself is beautiful and in perfect condition and can tell it has been well looked after. This was such an easy and stress free way to buy a saddle would definitely recommend!!

Just bought a beautiful fairfax saddle from Ben. 7 day trial included and was sent to arrive for the saddle fitter appointment. Perfectly packaged and sent Royal Mail. Arrived exactly when promised. Beautiful saddle, as described and in excellent condition. Very thorough communication and support throughout. An excellent company to deal with. Thoroughly recommend.

This is a wonderful shop to purchase your next saddle from!
They are the sweetest people and are very responsive to any questions. I had my saddle shipped across the pond and they did a great job packaging!

I’ve recently purchased a saddle from Ben and it was exactly as described! Ben asked me what my criteria was and he showed me multiple saddles that fitted my requests and gave me the option to choose with no pressure. The saddle I chose was in perfect condition. Ben was really accommodating and allowed me to have a 7 day trial with the saddle. Really professional and I’d definitely recommend to everyone!

I purchased a saddle from Ben unseen. It was everything he described. I was worried sending the money as a bank transfer but really needn’t have been. Ben sent the saddle special delivery and when it didn’t arrive the next day (due to postal strikes) he reassured me by sending the tracking number and proof of postage. I would highly recommend Ben, very easy to deal with, great quality saddle and good customer service

Purchased this lovely Sue Carson saddle from Ben Griffith Saddles online unseen, I was a bit dubious due to cost and risks, but comms were great throughout. Had no issues answering all my questions. Saddle has now been checked and fitted by a Sue Carson fitter and in fab condition - no issues. Would recommend and use again.

Julia and Ben make an amazing team and their wonderful business deserves every success. So very honest, lovely to talk too and so well organised. The ability to trial a saddle, as I did, is a real 5* idea. Sadly the beautiful pony dressage saddle had to be returned as it was too small for me but very sad as it is a gorgeous, gorgeous item.
